Purpose of the Site
VitaMan Indo is an informational resource and product catalogue covering natural supplements for men, vitamins and minerals for men, energy and endurance formulas, and related lifestyle context for readers in Indonesia. Content is provided for general information. It is not personal health advice, and it does not replace a conversation with a qualified healthcare professional who knows your history.
We publish three kinds of pages: ingredient explainers that describe what a component is and how it appears on a label, catalogue pages that group men's vitamin formulas by what they are usually taken for, and lifestyle guides about habits that sit alongside supplementation. Anything that reads like a recommendation is a description of what the product is, not an instruction about what you should do.
No Medical Advice
Nothing on this site should be read as advice to prevent, treat, or manage any health condition. Product descriptions reflect label information and publicly available coverage. If you take prescription medicine, manage a health condition, or are unsure whether a product suits you, consult a qualified professional before use.
Before you start any formula
- Read the ingredient panel on the pack you actually received, not the one on a listing page.
- Bring what you already take — including anything from a pharmacy — to that conversation.
- Stop and ask if something feels off. A wellness routine should not need to be endured.
These products are sold as supplements. They are not medicines, and we do not present them as substitutes for anything prescribed to you.
Product Information
We describe ingredients, amounts where stated on labels, format, and intended daily use. Product formulations and packaging can change without notice, and marketplace listings may vary. Always check the physical label of the product you receive. We are not responsible for discrepancies introduced by third-party sellers.
What we state
Where it comes from and what can change
Ingredient list
Copied from the manufacturer's label copy. If a name appears two ways across markets, we use the form printed on the pack sold in Indonesia where we can confirm it.
Amounts
Shown only where the label states them. Where a figure is not published, we say so rather than estimate it. Serving sizes differ between formulas and are not comparable at a glance.
Format and daily use
Capsule, softgel, tablet or powder, plus the label's suggested intake. That suggestion is a manufacturer's general figure, not a personal plan for you.
Revisions
Manufacturers reformulate. A page we wrote eight months ago may describe a slightly older version of the same product name, and the seller's own listing may describe a third.
When our description and the pack disagree, the pack wins. If you spot a mismatch, write to [email protected] and we will look at it.
